About Us
Cycling in Bergen is a non profit organization created to improve the conditions for cycling in our City and to make cycling more assessable to people.
Cycling is an environmentally friendly, economical, and healthy alternative to using a car. More and more people are using bicycles in cities around Europe.
Our Cycling in Bergen team cycling enthusiasts , nature lovers and enviorment protectors.
Our Mission
Our goal is to make Bergen the best city in Norway for cycling and to help people choose the bike over the car in their everyday life.
We are working on different projects to achieve this goal and the first result we are presenting is the four fantastic routes that all end at the starting point for stunning hikes.

Alex Flint
Team leader
Alex ia an urban planner and an environmental planner. He has been working with this topic in Hamburg the last 5 years and is now using his experience and knowledge in this project in Bergen.
Ester Peterson
Economist
Ester is an experienced economist and takes care of all the practical and economical aspect of the project
Silja Sund
PR/DESIGN
Silja is a PR and communication strategist, and a graphic designer. She is the creator of everything visual that comes out to the public. All of the team members is part of creating the routes in this project.
